Bring a real operating need.

AEYF challenge briefs start with a defined business, infrastructure or procurement constraint. Approved partners set the outcome, support and decision process. Eligible ventures respond with evidence.

No partner brief is published without an owner.

The board is ready for approved challenges. AEYF will publish the first brief only after the organisation confirms the problem, available support, evaluation process and accountable decision owner.

Partner validation is in progress.

A blank board is more credible than a collection of invented challenges. Approved briefs will appear here with deadlines, eligibility and the support available to selected ventures.

Challenge standard

A route to a decision, not an open-ended innovation call.

Each brief must make the commercial or implementation pathway visible before founders invest time in a response.

01 · Define the need

Name the operating constraint, affected users, current workaround and outcome that matters.

02 · Commit support

State access to sites, technical teams, data, pilot funding, procurement sponsorship or mentorship.

03 · Publish the decision

Explain eligibility, evaluation, decision owner, timeline and what a successful response can unlock.

For ventures

Prepare to answer a buyer’s actual question.
